I work as a Staff Scientist at ShiftLeft Inc. My area of expertise is systems performance engineering, although I enjoy exploring all layers of computing. I maintain a separate blog on embedded/Linux stuff where I occasionally write about systems engineering. I ❤ code as well as design and believe in a seamless unison of both. Prior to this, I was a PhD student in the DORSAL Lab at Poly where I worked with the LTTng folks on tracing technologies to advance systems analysis tools. In my free time, I spin on my work chair for fun.
